The house, a beautiful 19th century Maine summer home, is situated
high on a hill commanding panoramic views of Penobscot Bay,
Camden Hills, Islesboro and even Cadillac Mountain in Bar Harbor.

It consists of 25 rooms on three levels and is well suited for large
groups of people such as extended families, company meetings,
and seminars. We specialize in weddings, and receptions.

The first floor includes one bedroom, a large sitting room with two
fireplaces, a commercial kitchen, a bathroom, and a glass-enclosed
dining room with seating for up to 32 people. An open, full-length
covered porch overlooks Penobscot Bay.

The second level contains eight bedrooms (one with a fireplace).
The third level, offers two bedrooms and a sitting room.
All bedrooms have water views.

Clothes washer and dryer available.
All linens, towels, dishes and cooking utensils are supplied.

There are four bathrooms.

The property surrounding this home is very large. There is plenty
of room for  parking, exploring and picnicking. The home borders on
state land with a primitive road to both Knight and Pitcher Ponds
(a one mile hike) great for swimming. We are located 2 miles north of
sandy Lincolnville Beach and the Islesboro Ferry.
